Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FAQ Videos ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

FAQ Videos is a mobile application that helps subject-matter experts create short-form video content by providing AI-generated prompts based on topics you define. The App offers both a free tier and a paid subscription tier.

Accounts

You must sign in with Apple to use the App beyond onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month through Apple's App Store.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

Paid features include unlimited prompt generation, no watermark on recorded videos, cloud backup, and shareable video links.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all videos you record using the App. We do not claim any rights to your video content. AI-generated prompts are provided as suggestions and may be used freely.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits

Share Links

Paid subscribers can generate share links for their videos. Share links expire after a set period. We reserve the right to disable share links that violate these terms. You are responsible for the content you share.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated prompts will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing prompts before recording.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAQ Videos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
